I'm in love! (With a shoe??)

I am the QUEEN of thongs--the foot kind :) !! I discovered these while shopping, didn't have my size, so I surfed the net. Oh my gosh! My first order was ten (10) pair and I'm getting ready to place a 2nd order for those styles I think I can't live without out! Comfortable,well-made, and ULTRA cute!

My daughter-in-law sent me the Madison with extra ribbons. I am truly in love with my new sandals. I'm wearing them now! They are so comfortable. I'm sending this website to all of my friends. I plan to get new ribbons ASAP so I can wear them all of the time.

My son and daughter-in-law gave me these shoes for my birthday. I absolutely love them. They are so comfortable and so stylish. I am going tomorrow to buy me every color of ribbon that will go with my wardrobe.

I have 4 pair of your cute shoes! I keep one pair in the trunk of my car at all times. When the soccer field is wet and I need to talk to the coach, or stay and communicate with other parents, I change into my OKAb Madison shoes and don't worry about all of the dirt and grass from the damp field! I still have cute shoes to match my outfit; yet, simply rinse off my shoes once I'm home! Love them!

i got these because i own grace in licorice, and needed something for all my brown-toned outfits! i have hot chocolate with a lovely velveteen chocolate brown ribbon. perfect for a casual outfit. i work from home, so i frequently wear these around the house. love how convenient they are to slide on whenever i need to run an errand, get the mail, take the dogs out, go to the coffeeshop, etc. - they are nice enough (with the cute ribbon) for casual outfits too!

these shoes are WONDERFUL! I have a chocolate pair and a hot pink pair...my FAVORITE thing about them is that I can change the ribbon to match my outfit!!! I HIGHLY recommend them for EVERYONE!!!

These are great earth friendly shoes, and soooo cute too. I have a bad back, and have showed them to my specialists, and they wanted to get the closed toe for work! Ive been asked why I wear "Wimpy" shoes if I have a bad back, I let em have the whole story, then they ask where to get them. They make great gifts too!

You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

OKA b. offers free ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more placed on www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com. Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will be calculated when you place your order.
