What a wonderful pair of shoes!!! So comfortable, easy to clean, and stylish! I have received many compliments from fellow teachers . The best part of these shoes however, is going home in the afternoon with feet that do not hurt! Thanks OKA b. :)
NEED HIGHER HEEL

I don't own this pair but would love to- if it had a higher heel. .I own so many pairs, I live in them morning, noon, and night. - I haven't found a pair with the higher heel that is closed toe. HELP!!!

Wish they stayed on feet

These shoes caught my eye quickly...cute and comfy looking. However, they fling off my feet when I walk. It was embarassing. Perhaps if there was a small textured wedge for the toes to slightly grip when you walk, it would help. I finally gave the pair away. Too bad. They were so cute.
Comfortable shoe

This is a very comfortable shoe. It is cute and stylish. The only downside is the material it is made out of. I wish it were made out of the same material as the Madison. My foot tends to slide in the Anastasia.

Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

OKA b. offers free ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more placed on www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com. Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will be calculated when you place your order.

  • Orders placed to the 48 contiguous U.S. states typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada typically arrive within 16 business days.

UPS Second-Day Air
UPS Second-Day Air is available on all orders. Shipping charges for this service will be calculated when you place your order.

Multiple Addresses
