I had to buy some winter okab's after spending my summer in the madisons. I am a teacher assistant and spend many hours on my feet. These shoes are the only ones I have found that don't hurt after a long day. It doesn't hurt that everytime I wear them I get a ton of compliments.

I'm an elementary school teacher and have worn these shoes to work every day since I bought them. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and so cute. I am a Kindergarten teacher and I'm on my feet ALL day, so I was looking for a shoe that really does love you. I bought the Avery with giraffe ribbon as my first pair and they are perfect! Not to mention all the compliments on how super cute they look!

Comfortable, stylish, eye-stopping - I've worn these to church, work, shopping, out with the grandkids and no tired feet! The shoes clean up beautifully and I've often been complemented on how pretty they are! Don't hesitate - GET A PAIR...OR TWO!

I have a weakness for red shoes. I bought these and wore them to work and shopping. I had people stop me on the street and ask me about my shoes. "That pretty cannot be comfortable." I told them to just try them!! They would be as pleased as I am.

I was given these shoes for my birthday. I wore them to work and that particular day I had to do a lot of walking. I was concerned - new shoes, walking. Was I surprised!! These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had on my feet. I would recommend to anyone. So much so, that I have bought 2 more pair!!!

Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

OKA b. offers free ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more placed on www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com. Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will be calculated when you place your order.
