I bought my daughter her first pair of these when she was in High School. This has been her favorite shoe ever since and she is in college now. I get her a pair every Christmas, and surprise her with the color! She even mixes things up by wearing a turquoise left with a pistachio right shoe, just to have fun! When she was a senior and getting ready for Prom, she asked for a licorice pair to go with her prom dress. And yep she wore them as her formal shoe! Her feet didn't hurt that prom!

These thongs are the MOST comfortable I have ever had on my feet. I wear them everyday! I can't even seem to wear them out! They are durable as well as comfortable. I cannot live without them now. I love your products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just received these in grape and love them. The color is fun and will make you want more - one to match every outfit. My summer home is in a very rainy climate and the mud just hoses of off these and they look brand new again.

I bought a pair of these a few years ago. I was walking down the streets of NY and my flip flops broke! I ran into a nail salon that carried OKAb. I have worn these ever since! The classic black goes with my entire wardrobe, and I they are my 'go to' shoes in the summer. I love them!

You really can't have too many Chloe's. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I own. I have quite a few different colors and keep finding another one I just have to have! I love that you continue to release more colors.

I love my Licorice Chloe thongs. I actually have several colors of these shoes. The ergonomic design and stimulating nubs help keep my feet from burning and aching when having to walk for long distances. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone suffering from cellulitis, swollen ankles, and generally painful feet.

These shoes go from being practical beach/pool or sauna wear to being the perfect little shoe to pair with a sundress or casual outfit. These shoes reduce the need to bring multiple pairs of shoes (unless you are tempted as I was by the many shades of colors!)

I absolutely love my Chloe "comfort" shoes!! These were my first pair of OKA b.'s. I took them on a 2 week vacation to Spain and France and walked everywhere. Others in my group all had blisters......not me! I have had feet problems in the past, but NEVER when wearing these shoes. They are truly FABULOUS!! I'm still wearing the first pair I bought almost 3 years ago. I've bought numerous other styles and I'm never disappointed. Try them....you will love the way they feel and look!

I got a pair of Chloe thongs completely by chance the day of my wedding so I'd have a comfy pair of shoes to switch in to. Little did I know how much I'd absolutely LOVE them!! They were great to me that night and I continue to get so much use out of them. They are far more comfortable and durable than regular "flip-flops". I want more for myself in other colors, plus they are definitely on the gift list for friends and family this year. Wish I could wear them every day of the year!

You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

OKA b. offers free ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more placed on www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com. Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will be calculated when you place your order.
