OKA b. offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all shipments totaling $75 or more (excluding taxes, discounts and OKA b. Gift Certificates) - no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $75, there is a delivery charge which is calculated based on the weight of the shipment.

OKA b. Gift Certificates and Shipping
OKA b. Gift Certificates are e-mailed directly to each recipient immediately after purchase. There are no delivery costs associated with OKA b. Gift Certificates, regardless of the quantity or face value. Please note that Certificate values do not count toward Free Shipping amounts when purchased with merchandise.

Multiple Addresses
At this time you may only ship merchandise to one physical address each time you place an order. However, you may purchase multiple OKA b. Gift Certificates on one order. Each certificates can be e-mailed to multiple recipients on one order, while all of the merchandise can be shipped to a different physical address. If you're shopping for merchandise for multiple people at different addresses, we suggest placing separate orders. After completing the checkout process for the first address, simply return to www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com and purchase the items for your second address.

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, you will be personally notified with a call from our Customer Service Team.

Exchanges and Returns

Pick the wrong size or color? Returns and exchanges are quick and simple at OKA b. It's simple and quick. Click here to download the OKA b. Return and Exchange Form. You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file.)

Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. Click here to download the OKA b. Return and Exchange Form. You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file.)

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
