i love this design for it's simplicity. it was the first OKA b. shoe i got. it is perfect because i can't comfortably wear thong style sandals. i wear the grace shoe around the house like slippers, and when running errands. perfect and convenient...and when i don't want my feet to touch the bathroom floor, i wear them into the shower!

I love this sandal! I have 2 seasons of white and hard to find blue, and I will want to buy a ccouple pairs every year as long as OKAb keeps making them. I have back and neck problems, and these are the best for cushioning, comfort and simple style. They last too, our summer is long, and they are all I wear!! They stimulate my circulation too, OKAb's footbed fits my foot like stepping on the sand!

This is hands down my favorite shoe! I wear them all the time, I have several pair. I wear them in the house all year long, and in the warmer weather, I wear them everywhere. They are fashionable and comfortable and easy to keep clean. Great to wear to the pool also! I love love love this shoe!

I now own three pairs, all are different styles and colors. These sandals are awesome. I love my Grace sandals in Kiwi. Such a pretty, bright green. I find myself looking for green tops when I shop for clothes just so I have more to wear with my Grace Kiwi's!

Pick the wrong size or color? Returns and exchanges are quick and simple at OKA b. It's simple and quick. Click here to download the OKA b. Return and Exchange Form. You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it free by clicking here.)

Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

OKA b. offers free ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more placed on www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com. Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will be calculated when you place your order.

  • Orders placed to the 48 contiguous U.S. states typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada typically arrive within 16 business days.

UPS Second-Day Air
UPS Second-Day Air is available on all orders. Shipping charges for this service will be calculated when you place your order.

Multiple Addresses
