Best. Shoes. Ever.

These shoes are so comfortable, it's almost unbelievable. I was given a pair by my boss in the cream color, and popped them on my feet one morning. I didn't remove them all day, and when I took them off that night, my feel didn't hurt like they always do. It occured to me that my feet hadn't hurt all day. I have always had pretty serious foot issues, mostly due to my love of high heels. I have never, ever worn such comfortable shoes. I'm going to buy a pair of the black ones to match my other outfits. Even better: They don't make your feet stink! They actually helped ease my back pain too...and they're so inexpensive! I thought they were going to be at least $50! Bottom line-they are AMAZING shoes. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are my first pair of OKA b's and they may have started an obsession! They are like having your feet massaged all day! They give great support even though they are a flat and the design is so sassy! I will buy many more pairs!

i got this shoe in silver, to wear to a beach wedding. i was the photographer for this wedding and needed something that i could slip on and off quickly and easily. this was the perfect shoe! i could even walk into the water while wearing them (taking photos on the beach) and they are my favorite (and most comfortable) of the 4 pairs of OKA b. that i own. for someone who can't wear thong style sandals, these are perfect - and classy too! i got a lot of compliments on them.

My Jasmine shoes were just delivered. They are exactly what I was hoping they would be. I have really bad feet and these are going to work out great. I will wear them everywhere and anywhere. And they are made in the USA. Yeah!!! I will be ordering another pair I just know it. Thank you Oka B.

Exchanges and Returns

Pick the wrong size or color? Returns and exchanges are quick and simple at OKA b. It's simple and quick. Click here to download the OKA b. Return and Exchange Form. You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it free by clicking here.)

Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

Most orders placed through www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com ship within 1-3 business days, except where otherwise stated on our product pages. We do our best to accurately estimate product ship dates. Estimated shipping dates can fluctuate based on several factors, including your destination address, product availability and order volume. If you are a Registered User, you may track your order at any time by logging into your account.

OKA b. Offers Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more!
OKA b. offers free ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more placed on www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com. Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will be calculated when you place your order.

  • Orders placed to the 48 contiguous U.S. states typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada typically arrive within 16 business days.

UPS Second-Day Air
UPS Second-Day Air is available on all orders. Shipping charges for this service will be calculated when you place your order.

Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you're shopping for multiple people at different addresses, we suggest placing separate orders. After completing the checkout process for the first address, simply return to your shopping bag and purchase the items for your second address.
