I love these shoes! They are so cute with the little flowers on the comfortable thongs. I get compliments everywhere I go. I always tell people that if you think they are cute, then you have to get a pair. You'll never want to take them off! :)

I own 5 pairs of Oka b's. They are indeed the most comfortable shoe I own. I walk in them all day and just about live in them all summer long. Easily washed and they go with every outfit. Wear them to the beach or out to dinner with a dress. They are as comfortable as shoes four times the cost. And can I say the heels wear very well, for as long as I've worn my first pair they hardly show wear. Great Shoe Oka'b's!!!!

Amazing is all I can say about this brand and these flip-flops in particular. I have heel spurs that are very painful and these sandals baby my feet and make me forget about my pain. I love them. They run true to size, albeit a little on the wider side, but fine for my feet.

You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

OKA b. offers free ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more placed on www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com. Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will be calculated when you place your order.
