These shoes are a savior....

I'm a teacher who is on her feet all day and these shoes have saved my feet. Since I'm short, its nice to have a little heel. But my favorite part is changing out the ribbons...its so much fun!

I love these shoes. They are extremely comfortable and I can wear them with everything....capris, skirts, shorts. And I can change the ribbon to match with everything as well!

I love these shoes. The little heel is perfect for casual wear & I have even wore to church on Sunday. I can't begin to tell you how many complements I get each time I wear my shoes. I would love for the heel be available on the closed toe shoe(I refert to them as my winter OKA's). I am spoiled by these great looking & comfy shoes. Dianne Crook

I love these shoes! From the first time I spotted them on my girlfriends feet, I fell in love with them. I had to have them and have bought several pair since. They are kind to your feet and look great as well. I can stand or walk all day and at the end of the day my feet don't bother me at all. These shoes really do love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

OKA b. offers free ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more placed on www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com. Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will be calculated when you place your order.

  • Orders placed to the 48 contiguous U.S. states typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada typically arrive within 16 business days.

UPS Second-Day Air
