Exchanges and Returns

Pick the wrong size or color? Returns and exchanges are quick and simple at OKA b. It's simple and quick. Click here to download the OKA b. Return and Exchange Form. You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it free by clicking here.)

Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. OKA b. can only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of OKA b. shoes, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're exchanging. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. All OKA b. shoes come with a 2-year guarantee. If your OKA b. purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, OKA b. will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.

Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.

Most orders placed through www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com ship within 1-3 business days, except where otherwise stated on our product pages. We do our best to accurately estimate product ship dates. Estimated shipping dates can fluctuate based on several factors, including your destination address, product availability and order volume. If you are a Registered User, you may track your order at any time by logging into your account.

OKA b. Offers Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more!
OKA b. offers free ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more placed on www.ShoesThatLoveYou.com. Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping charges on all orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, will be calculated when you place your order.

• Orders placed to the 48 contiguous U.S. states typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
• Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada typically arrive within 16 business days.

UPS Second-Day Air
UPS Second-Day Air is available on all orders. Shipping charges for this service will be calculated when you place your order.

Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you're shopping for multiple people at different addresses, we suggest placing separate orders. After completing the checkout process for the first address, simply return to your shopping bag and purchase the items for your second address.

Tracking Your Order
Registered Users may track their orders by logging into their OKA b. account, and selecting the options under “View Order Activity.”

Order Changes
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, you will be personally notified with a call from our Customer Service Team.
