NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The 2009 OKA b. Share the Love Contest ("Contest") is open to all individuals, age 18 years or older, who are legal residents of the 50 United States. Void wherever prohibited by law. The Contest runs from 12:00:01 am ET, Tuesday, December 1, 2009, through 11:59:59 pm ET, Monday, December 21, 2009 (the "Contest Period"). To enter individuals must submit the required information online. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate submissions will be deleted.

Winners (the "winner(s)") will be selected on or about December 22, 2009, from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winning submission will be selected by a panel of OKA b. employees after reading and considering all submissions. Winner will be contacted via email and phone. Winner's name and winning submission will be sent to all participants and email marketing list members on or about Tuesday, December 22, 2009. One grand prize winner will receive one (1) $100 OKA b. E-Certificate. Two (2) runner-up winners will each receive one (1) $50 OKA b. E-Certificate. The total Average Market Value ("AMV") of the Contest is Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). Failure of potential winner to respond after three (3) notification attempts may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner will be announced via e-mail to all contest participants and email marketing list members. Portions of other entries may be used according to the Contest Release.
